The state's own environmental protection agency strictly imposes the recycling rules and regulations to all manufacturers. As a matter of fact, any enterprise which does not comply or violate the section/s on this act shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 for the violation and an additional fine not to exceed $10,000 for each day the violation is continued.

To make the house bill more comprehensive and effective, section 95 puts into effect a landfill ban of e-wastes on January 1, 2012.
