Q: I have sensitive information stored in my device. Should I erase it myself?
A: We irrevocably delete every bit of data in your smartphone before processing it any further. If you wish to permanently erase all the information (music, apps, email, settings, messages, photo) yourself, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings. Rest assured that we double check the permanent erasure of all information.
Q: How soon will I get my cash?
