A: We will mail you a box, packaging and a prepaid UPS shipping label. All you need to do is put your Smartphone in the package, adhere the shipping label to the box, and drop the box at your UPS drop-off location. You will not be charged any shipping fees and the shipping cost will not be deducted from your payment check.

 

FAQ 2Q: I have sensitive information stored on my smartphone's hard drive. Should I erase it myself?
We fully erase and reformat each and every hard disk we receive before processing a smartphone any further.

 

FAQ 3Q: How soon will I get my cash?
We will mail your payment check (or pay you via Paypal if that is your choice) the next business day after we receive and inspect your smartphone at our facility.
We will pay you as soon as we confirm condition of your smartphone and payout amount (via email or telephone).
